COVID-19 is a dual-edge sword, on one hand it affects supply of medical device, IVDs directly but the crisis has also highlighted the need for innovative devices, drugs and generally highlights the need for healthcare spending and the cost of not having better systems in place. I suspect it will be an argument throughout this year for device/test approval reform and for more spending.

The conference is one thing, but postponing a new website, I suspect, isn't the first thing people consider. It's pervasive.

My view of life has always been about unforeseen consequences. The short term consequences, in my universe are yet to be encountered, but they are coming. Well, since I make ventilator components right here in the good ole U.S. of A, we have been hit hard..... With higher demands for parts faster and being offered exorbitant expedite fees..... And with the fall of the Chinese manufacturing, we only benefit more here in America. I wish no ill on anyone...... But from a business owner in America, they've got this coming to them. And to answer your questions (and not especially in order):

1. The virus is here in NH, and being spread in part by a moronic fellow who went to a sizable party AFTER being diagnosed. 😠 Because I work part time in an ER setting, we have been put on high alert, fitted for N95 masks (which, oddly enough, keep disappearing🤔) and educated on proper procedure when a suspected COVID-19 patient does come through our doors. I don't anticipate any business impact, but one reason I keep the part-time job is to prepare for downturns in my side hustle.

2. See above. I am powerless to stop the spread of the virus, but because I am overly cautious I expect to ride out any virus-related storm.

3. See above. But if I am exposed to the virus or become ill with it, then I will quarantine at home and avoid family, friends and neighbors until cleared.
