Why Your Data Needs to be in the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN)

Slides and replay immediately available!

Government agencies in the US, UK, EU and elsewhere now are mandating electronic product data submissions. And major customers including Group Purchasing Organizations and hospital networks need access to the data in a standard format.

That’s where the GDSN comes in.

This is a free webinar about the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) and how medical device product data is distributed through it.

Did you know?
• GDSN is the only way to meet the UK’s National Health Service eProcurement requirements for product data synchronization (which start this year!).
• Some GPOs now require data to be published to the GDSN as part of purchasing contracts.

The webinar covers what the GDSN is, how it works, and how “data pools” tie in. We’ll also look at two use cases — NHS eProcurement and data requests from buyers.

Importantly, we show you what you need to do to get your data into the GDSN system.

Our speakers will be:
• John Lorenc, Sr. Product Manager at Reed Tech, a subject matter expert on structured content submissions to regulatory agencies.
• Todd Simons, Healthcare Manager of the Americas at 1WorldSync, who focuses on the Healthcare industry and advises customers on data synchronization and product data management.

Your knowledge of this subject matter can make the difference between a sale or not, so take advantage of this free webinar.
