Marcus Gould Hi Divya. The EU representative for CE marking (EUAR) has to be located within a European Union member state. Israel is not within the European Union and so an EUAR cannot be located within Israel.

Julie Omohundro Here is the current list of 28 Member States. An EUAR can be located in any of them:

But I probably wouldn't pick one in the UK.
